Hair & Beauty Booking Policy

We value your business and time, and we understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure fair treatment for both our clients and our team, we have put in place the following booking policy:

48 hours’ notice

At the time of making a booking, you’ll be asked to pay a booking fee of 50% the cost of the services booked for your appointment.

We know that sometimes plans change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, to give us plenty of time to fill the appointment we kindly request that you give us at least 48 hours’ (2 days) notice.

Where notice is given, your booking fee will be fully transferable to your rescheduled appointment at no further cost and a full refund given if you choose to cancel.

Unfortunately, where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee will not be transferable or refunded.

No Show policy

Sadly, it’s become more and more common for clients to miss their appointments altogether, quite often without getting in touch at all. Not only does this cause us to worry if you’re alright, but it also causes a loss of income and downtime for the team. So, we have had to make the decision that clients who fail to arrive for their booked appointment without notice will be considered a "No Show” and their 50% booking fee will become non-refundable.

We completely appreciate that emergency situations do happen which just can’t be avoided (we’ve been there too) so to keep our policy as fair as possible we’ll always take your individual circumstances into account.

Any client who misses their appointment (“No Show”) on more than two occasions may be: unable to book future appointments, charged the 50% booking fee on a non-refundable basis or be asked to pay for appointments in full at the time of booking, where failure to attend the appointment will result in 100% of the money being non-refundable.

We hope you understand our reasons behind this policy.

Late arrivals policy

Similar to our ‘No Show Policy’ we also have a ‘Late Arrival Policy’. Any clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may (depending on other bookings) need to a shortened version of their scheduled service to accommodate the delay and to fit in the slot reserved for their treatment.

In some cases, where a shortened treatment isn’t possible, we may need to reschedule the appointment altogether. We know that being late if often outside of your control and please know we’ll always do whatever we can to squeeze you in and carry out the appointment in full. However, if we’re only able to carry out part of the service due to the time available, we may still ask for the full payment of the original service.

Please be reassured, that as above, we’ll always review our policies on an individual basis to be as fair as possible, thank you once again for your continued support.

Last minute cancellations from us

In the unusual circumstances we need to cancel your appointment, we’ll always do our very best to inform you with as much time as possible and reschedule your appointment to the next available time to best suit you. Any booking fees paid will transfer over to a rescheduled appointment.

In the unlikely event of us not being able to reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be refunded in full to the original payment method or gift voucher.

We understand that life changes and circumstances out of your control can mean a change to your plans. We’ll always to be as flexible as possible with the needs of our clients and our staff in mind.
