Hair & Beauty at Slimming World Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The competition

1. Hair and Beauty at Slimming World are running a prize draw. One client (existing or new) will win a GHD Chronos straighter worth £289.
2. Further important details of how to enter, eligibility, the prize, and other information relating to the competition are dealt with below.

How to enter

3. To enter the prize draw you need to book one or more of the following packages:
   - deluxe blonding package
   - lip filler and skincare package
   - brow growth and reshape journey
4. For every package booked you will receive one entry into the prize draw to win a GHD Chronos hair straightener. One package is one entry, two packages is two entries and so on.
5. To be entered into the prize draw, bookings need to be made between 1^st March 2024 and 29^th April 2024.

Winners' announcement

6. The winner will be drawn at random on Tuesday 30^th April 2024.
7. The prize draw is open to anyone who makes a booking including Slimming World employees.
8. The winner will be announced on our social platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and the salon team will be in contact with the winner to send the GHD Chronos to them.
9. A list of winners is available by contacting the salon by email at salon@slimmingworld.co.uk
10. If the winner cannot be contacted by Tuesday 21^st May 2024 the prize will be drawn again.

Eligibility

11. To enter the prize draw you must be over 18 years old.

Limitation of liability

12. In so far as is permitted by law, Hair & Beauty at Slimming World, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Hair & Beauty at Slimming World, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity

13. We take data protection and confidentiality seriously.
14. By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Hair & Beauty at Slimming World or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and for any other purpose anticipated or envisaged by these terms.
15. Any information which we obtain from you as a result of your entry into this competition will be dealt with in accordance with our Data Protection Policy which can be viewed at the following link https://www.hair-and-beauty-salon.co.uk/privacy
16. All unsuccessful entries will be destroyed within 12 months of the competition closing date.

General and definitions

17. References in these terms and conditions to “Hair & Beauty at Slimming World” are to the promoter of the competition, which is Miles Bramwell Executive Services Limited, trading as Hair & Beauty at Slimming World, registered company number 01242071 whose registered address is Clover Nook Road, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 4SW.
18. References in these terms and conditions to the “competition” are to Hair & Beauty at Slimming World’s prize draw to win a GHD Chronos competition referred to in these terms and conditions.
19. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Hair & Beauty at Slimming World may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the competition.
20. Hair & Beauty at Slimming World reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition at its discretion.
21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute which may arise in respect of the competition and/or the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions.
